On the other hand: They were really strong, and I had a great deal of difficulty putting them in my shoes because of my arthritis (no fault of the product). They were difficult to put through the lace holes. I wanted them to help me make it easier to put on my tennis shoes, but they were so strong and tight that I had trouble slipping my feet into the shoes. They are pretty easy to use once you get one side done. I slipped all the left side no tie laces in and then I did the right side.
