A: Hello It depends what kind of bread do you have for sure is more healthy keep bread in this bag than in plastic bag because I always make bread myself so it keeps my bread 3 to 4 days fresh

**Q: Do these need pre-washing before using**
A: I washed mine before using them, I would advise wahing them before use, but dont use fabric softner

**Q: Are they freezer safe?**
A: no they are not freezer safe, but check out my other items...I have freezer safe bread bags for sale made out of recycled plastic.

**Q: What percentage linen are these actually?**
A: Not sure but seem to be wearing well
