When this arrived, I was shocked at how flimsy it is. It is literally a hunk of fluff that has cardboard in the back / sides to make it appear as if it an sit up for more than a few minutes. If this was about 1/3 the price, I'd keep it; but considering a children't sit up pillow from IKEA can hold up better than this, I'm definitely returning this. I got this after seeing all the glowing reviews, now I realize I've probably been duped by the now-typical "I got this for free for a review" situation. NON-RETURNABLE. ### ⭐ Horrible Disappointment. *by A***D on October 19, 2017* Horrible disappointment! They advertise that this bed lounge has an adjustable neck and reclines. It does neither. It is no better than the $25 options. The neck rest is attached to a stick that slides into a fabric compartment at the back. There is no pivot joint to adjust the pillow nor anything to hold it up or down. It does not recline and if you lean back the arms go up with it.
