This is only one tool out off a box of tools that can help you with weight control. I am a 49 year old female, I workout five to six times a week and keep a low carb diet. I was looking for something to control my appetite at night and help me loose some stubborn fat. It has helped with appetite control. Too soon for me to give you the report on noticeable fat loss.If you decide to take this make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water every day. This pill makes me thirsty. I drink more that 64 oz of water and go to bathroom a lot. It makes sense because it is supposed to release the fat from your fat cells and cause your liver to stop turning sugar, which includes carbs, into fat. This means that you must drink a lot of water so the fat can flush out and to keep you liver from being overly stressed. I think that is why some people say the get bloated. They are not drinking enough water and the toxins are stressing their liver. I am giving you a summary of my research.
