**Q: Are the ears sturdy or will they flop down ?**
A: Honestly they kind of flop down. You could add in a stitch with some thread to keep them up pretty easily though.

**Q: Is this both or only one?**
A: This photo is showing one pair of ears from the front and the back of the band.  The upper shot is how it appears from the front and the lower one is what it looks like from the back.  They are well made and look really cute on kids OR adults.  (I wore mine for Halloween this year and got lots of compliments!)
