Easy to install for a small HP monitor.Employee loves it because less clutter on her desk and she can push it back to do paperwork. Depending on your strength and the configuration of your desk, it can be a bit awkward to screw the mounting plate to the back of your monitor. (With mine, a Dell, the monitor will stand on the desk without falling over while I screwed the mounting plate on, but for other models you might need somebody to hold it in place while you install.)After I mounted the monitor, I was disappointed that it wasn't any higher than with the stand supplied when I purchased my monitor - I'd move it up, and then the arm would move down again. After three weeks of having it installed, the arm then moved all the way down, so it wasn't raising the monitor at all.Aggravated, I came back to the product page to write a vituperative review, only to see an extra instruction as one of the images for the product, telling me to use a hex key to tighten it up. Having done that, it works wonderfully again and finally raises the monitor to the height I wanted to begin with.
