This product is perfect, it gives me fantastic Wi-fi no matter where I am at home. Would really recommend this product and would also recommend the use of YouTube tutorial as this makes setup so easy. Review: Not for me. - I am using Virgin Media and with speed of 350Mb/s, and having that I wanted to pass some of that speed to the extended part of my house and to the garden. The positives: The product looks good. Quick and easy installation, easy to navigate web based application with options to backup your settings and restore. Mixed feelings about the customer support - on the company website no one came to the online chat but on Facebook the respond was better - I was provided with new firmware, not listed on the company website. Negatives: The speed was up to 100Mb/s no matter what configuration I used. I used it next to my router as WiFi booster, and still not much more than 98 Mb/s . I used the AP configuration too, same results. Because of that for me this product is a gimmick – I have Netgear R7000 router and the router and the booster are having the same speed results in my garden when I change to the relevant wifi conection. Plugged the Ethernet cable in and nothing showed on the front no lights dead. Tried different combinations. New wire, new Poe. Nothing. Tried on a smaller cable closer to router and when plugged in the Poe box made a elongated high pitch noise. But still no lights on the antenna. I’m sure if this worked it would be a great product.
