I only have trouble retraining my bladder at night. I must say these are the best diapers I have tried in a long time, possibly even better than the Abena M4. First and for most, the tabs are huge and provide a lot of options for placement. Somehow the actual padding I thought was pretty small as far as diapers go, but that isnt the case. These diapers can hold a night time worth of wetting, no problem! To my absolute surprise no plastic pants are needed either! I am a heavy back sleeper so I dont wake up or move much but even still. The diapers disperse wetness incredibly well on their own compared to other diapers. The one thing you do need to do is make sure the tabs are securely placed and at a good angle so they dont come apart. I had no issue with them, I just noticed that they seem to easily come apart when I was putting the diaper on. I cannot comment on how well these would be for up-right daytime use, it might be something completely different than my experience. But for night time use, I absolutely adore these and I love how affordable they are.
