I was worried about ordering a size up but it was perfect. I have to face that fact that I'm not as small as I'm used to being anymore after having my fourth child. I'm about 120 and 5 ft tall and I got a medium. I read the reviews before I ordered and the suggestions were for me to order a small but usually when I do my boobs pop out. The size 7/8 (140) (her normal clothing size is 8) was much too large. I have a pretty big chest anyway but the top to this is not one I'd wear in public. My husband loves it... But that's a different story!I think if you're relatively thin and can get away with wearing a to where the girls might fall out, you will love it as well.
