The charge usually lasts for around 1.5 weeks, it’s easy to use, tracks my sleep & steps (which is all I use it for, though it’s capable of a lot more), and I really like it.Update 7/6/2020: This lil fitness tracker worked great for about 6 months. Then the strap stopped connecting securely, which wasn’t too terrible - just had to squeeze it shut sporadically throughout the day. Then I guess I got water in it (?) and it stopped working altogether. Alas.After a while I wanted another fitness tracker and so I “upgraded” (please note the sarcastic quotations around that lol) to a Fitbit Alta. I could rant for ages over the Alta, with its short battery life and frustrating interface (to say the least!), but I’ll try to hold that novel in.Long story short, I’d recommend the cheap one 1,000 times over the Alta. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Customer Service *by C***D on July 29, 2020* We bought one of these watches a year ago for our 8 year old son. It does the job, and he loves seeing his step count and knowing the time. One thing I don't love is that when it has to be recharged, it feels like it is going to break the usb port off which my husband accidentally broke. We bought a second one a month ago, and the face stopped working even though it was charged. When I emailed the company about it, the customer service was wonderful and very fast. A replacement arrived only a few days later.
