They did not. I'll begin with the Pros though...they are nice looking and light weight, which is good. I think the little wooden spoon is nice also, and i wish i could keep that. Now - why I am sending them back. The main reason I was buying these was for the retention of heat described. But to me, they do not seem to retain heat much more if any more than my ceramic mug. I could be wrong about that...it might be an additional minute more, I cant say for certain about if there is just a bit more retention. But my perception tells me like I said...it is not much more if any. Now, the second factor is...they do not hold that much. It is my fault I did not measure the amount its description says, with what my little single coffee maker fills to in my ceramic mug. So, I could put less coffee and less water in...but as I indicated..that would not be as much coffee as I like to drink. And I do not want to make another cup, which half would go to waste as well. Okay..so that is my review. Now if you like smaller amounts of coffee, don't care that much about heat retention, use them for cappichino. etc..then perhaps they are right for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Quality product, looks great *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2016* As advertised.
