**Q: Is this water/weather proof?**
A: No, and it is not very strong!

**Q: Is this a three shelf cover or four shelf?   The cover shown only works to cover three of the four shelves.**
A: If you use the top as a shelf and put things on it then no, it would not cover 4 shelves only 3. It will cover the 3 shelves but you could still use the top as a shelf after putting the cover on, the items just wouldn't be covered.

I bought one rack and cover and later bought another rack, but the cover was no longer available. I kept checking back however, and finally found the second cover. These fit as if custom made and I like the roll-up front flap with the Velcro tab to keep it up if desired, but the flap can also seal with the heavy duty zippers. Good and tough material like strong tenting. If you buy the shelf (and you should because it's great), you should also buy the cover because it's also great.
