It then stopped working and despite following all the instructions and troubleshooting advice, nothing helped. At this point, a refund or replacement should have been an easy and straightforward solution, however both Amazon and the ‘third party seller’ were unhelpful and difficult to contact. The seller offered no advice or solutions and simply stated that their printer label (with return postage you have to cover btw) was the best they could do.
