I'm extremely glad I did!The fit: I'm a slightly generous 36 inch waist so I thought I would gamble and go for the UK L, listed as a XL in the drop down. They fit my waist extremely well and are also a good length for me, I'm 5,10, but I imagine they would stretch to suit a longer legged individual. If you are unsure it may be worth going a size up as being compression wear they will be tight anyway so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.The Quality: Absolutely no issues here, for a product that is at the lower end of the money spectrum you couldn't ask for more. They do arrive in a zip lock bad which may be a slight red flag to some but it certainly shouldn't put you off, if anything this contributes to them being able to charge the price they do. The material used is comfortable and hard wearing, certainly on a par with more recognised brands out there. I've worn them on a couple of early morning runs and they have even kept me warm.Effectiveness: I have been using there for a while now and have definitely noticed a difference. Previously I just wore a pair of shorts when exercising and would always have very tight, sore legs the next day. These haven't completely removed that issue but they have certainly had an impact and I don't feel it in my legs as much. I have also used them when playing football on Astroturf and it has helped stop me getting as many of those heat burns from the surface, obviously they are not designed for this so I'm not sure how they would stand up to that kind of punishment on a daily basis but they're certainly good for the odd game or training session.Overall, as you can probably tell, I'm delighted I purchased this product, it has done everything I wanted it to do, plus a little more and I would certainly recommend them to anyone, in fact I have already told a few of my friends to buy a pair! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Compressions, Smart look and 5* Customer Service *by F***D on 18 February 2016* They are smart a super comfortable.
