The online pictures would have you think it very small, but it's actually a decent to large-size. The cut is brilliant, and it shines so amazing on the skin. She is definitely very very happy to have this. The fact that it was a surprise, probably helped out a bit too LOL. The only thing that I could possibly say that could be better, is the chain. You may look into getting a better chain for the pendant, but then again you're not buying the chain, you're paying mainly for the pendant. All and all, it's beautiful.
