Review: Great product - I’ve been using this headset for a few months now, and I think it was worth making a review about it because it makes my riding experience so much better than before. To start, just for safety improvements this headset is a MUST, now when I or my friends see any imminent danger, we can help each other out. This headset looks and feels expensive, rubberized finish and rubber caps to prevent water from getting inside in case you get some rain. Going for a long trip and want to say something? Now you can do it any anytime, and if you want you can also mute the headset and switch to music on the fly, simply by pressing the button on the top. Battery really lasts me for weeks, average for me is 2 weeks before needs to recharge again, of course, it depends on how long you ride for, but battery shouldn’t be an issue. I hear my friends talking loud and clear, microphone will block some wind but this will also depend on how much air gets on your helmet, with my visor open, I found that up to 50mph I can listen and talk to someone else with no problem, more than 50 starts getting harder, but like I said, depends on which helmet you are using. The transmission range on this thing is amazing, it gets to the point where I can’t even see my partner anymore and I can still hear him, no interference whatsoever! Like other reviews mention, the volume wheel is awesome, very easy to increase or decrease volume without having to look for specific buttons and while having your hands off the grip. I don’t listen much to FM radio, but it works just fine, music sounds amazing, sounds very clear and loud. You must install the speakers right in front of your years, the pre-cuts on the helmets are usually miss places behind or on top of your ears, so it won’t sound good if you don’t install the speakers correctly. When I receive calls on this thing, it will let you set up picks up the call automatically or or manually by touching the button in the middle of the volume wheel, if you paired with your friends headset, when you pick up the call it will mute your friend, so he won’t be able to listen to you or conversation, but as soon as you hang up it will reconnect to your friend automatically. So would highly suggest you to buy this headset, just for the safety it provides alone is already a must. You will not regret, money well spent.
Review: Great set for multiple riders - long battery life and great range - If you read this, you are making your fair share of research of these kinds of devices. And I wanted to buy the expensive name brands, too. Do the upgraded JBL speakers sound like real headphones? I don't know. For some reason I expected the sound quality to be on par with standard headphones. Maybe other brands are better maybe they are all the same. So if you want fantastic sound quality - then either upgrade the speakers or buy a different device. For me, the focus was on communication. I want to to talk to my wife while we are riding through the mountains. We both have our own bikes. This works great! Here are the PROS: - great range and re-connect: On open roads the range is probably close to half a mile. Behind switchbacks you'll get disconnected but it auto connects after which is a huge plus - wind noise: You pretty much don't hear anything besides the voice (or very heavy breathing). We wear full face helmets - not sure how this is for open face - battery life: We had this on a 3 day trip and never charged it (we actually forgot and it worked all day long) - waterproof: We ran into some really heavy rains and these did not show any signs of damage - Price: Let's face it - if you are looking into these, you think the name brands are too expensive - connectivity to multiple devices: I had navigation on from my phone and we were able to talk at the same time. I think you are supposed to be able to share audio with any driver but I haven't figured that out CONS: - sound quality: It's totally acceptable but sounds more like a phone call than a good bluetooth connection normally sounds like. - high speeds: while you can hear everything at speeds up to 55mph - anything above (even with a full face) and you won't be able to have a conversation - even on highest volume For me - the PROs far outweigh the CONs but I have also never used any other intercom!

**Q: If there are 4 riders paired up can you switch channels if you only wanna talk to one of the four that arr paired up?**
A: hello Because this product receives sound and talks using Bluetooth, and the frequency of Bluetooth is the same, so if you connect with four riders, all they can hear what you speak, if you only want to contact one of them you just can only pair with that person ,so that the other riders will not hear your communication.

The unit appears very good. Easy to operate, Bluetooth connected easily, clear voice over phone and music. Waterproof feature excellent. Only had a couple a weeks but cannot fault yet.
