He had been complaining on and off about having heel pain and I thought he may be suffering from Plantar Fasciitis.They are stretchy and fit both myself and my husband despite me being a size 5 and him a size 10! They are very easy to wash between wears and although they feel strange at first you soon get accustomed to it and they really do seem to help ease the pressure of being on your feet/walking.Make sure you use the talcum powder so that your feet do not sweat which can create a rash. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Omg!!! They are nice and stretchy, but i would prefer if the part that fits around the front of my ankle was wider. My feet swell and it made my already poor circulation even worse after a while. Also, I don't recommend wearing them under socks while moving around a lot because they will make your steps less stable.
