I put down a plastic cloth and spray my crystals and it drys perfect....I do take a clean sheet fabric and wipe clean...they all sparkle. I don't know where it is made and the 4 bottles are in my garage shelf....but, I would recommend this product to anyone..my one Chandelier is from Italy and there is never any damage from this product. For a mirror, you would probably want to use a squeegee. It will definitely do a great job of cleaning, since it cuts through accumulated dirt and grime. But for a smooth surface, based on my experience with the lights I clean (not chandelier fixtures) I bet you'll want to remove streaks. **Q: How does this differ from regular glass cleaner like Windex?** A: It seems to dissolve dust and accumulated residue on crystal better than Windex does--virtually without wiping. And it seems to drip more spotlessly than a regular glass cleaner. Cleaning them is really a 2 person job though, to have someone holding up a towel to avoid the spray going all over the surrounding area (walls, ceilings) as you are spraying the desired area. This isn’t the a problem with the spray itself, just a note for others to consider.
