It mixes really well and turns the yogurt into a slightly thicker texture. I don’t cannot speak to how well it mixes with liquids. First day I found the taste a bit funky, but got used it to by day 2. I mix with a fruits so it's fine for me, but if I was mixing with water I'd def stick with whey taste wise. But I think its a superior product to whey, feel good on it so this is the new protein of choice
