I have followed the instructions on how to use. The hose works ok if standing next to the garden tap. When trying to use further down the garden even a few steps the hose extends and then constricts to a short hose. Think this may be faulty or a design fault. I have had many many hoses, both normal sold hoses and expandable hoses and I have never had this issue before. The look is very nice and feels very solid and like the hose would last very long. The spray nozzle is excellent and good quality as like the hose itself. But it not extending as it should is terrible. I followed the instructions but the hose does not reach as it should as it shrinks and pulls the hose off the tap.
