They are simply low glare black finish, not neon colors like most of my others, which makes them better for tree stand use, but they are perfectly suited for rock climbing or rappelling as well. Cheap enough to leave one on a tree strap in each stand (which is easier for me than hooking up every time).They are rated to 5k lbs, same or similar to most of my others, but are actually a hair lighter than the others as well.
