(I found it annoying to purchase a box separately to wrap up a gift for my dad) It also came with an ink converter instead of an ink cartridge, which is much more useful in my opinion. Oh the joys of spending £ £ £ on a pen AND searching for a converter separately (looking at you Platinum Century 3776 and many other Japanese makes). As it's totally metal, it's got a good weight to it, so if you mainly use celluloid/plastic/resin pens you may find this a bit heavy to handle, especially the paint finish is quite sleek, so better have the cap posted just in case it slips through your grasp accidentally. The body is slim, much to my likings as contrast to the classic torpedo shaped barrel bodies.If you are used to large pen bodies such as a Pelikan M800, you might find this a bit on the small side to grip though. The color I chose is Green Marble, which is a deep velvety green, just what I fancied.Now the performance. It has a Fine nib, and when tried on a Clairefontaine 90g paper, it delivers an easy gliding medium wet stroke with a noticable feedback. The stroke size is very similar to a Lamy Safari F, Sailor Lecoule MF, and Pilot Urban Retro Pop M. When testing writing on the back of the nib as most pens there is a scratch feel to it (the only pen I tried so far that allows you to write backwards without no resistance is Sailor Lecoule).So with the price and quality I'd definetly recommend anyone to give it a try, good for everyday use and that special moment when you have to sign a £1000000 receipt for a lottery win! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Really great product. *by S***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 December 2019* This in my opinion is an absolutely amazing pen. However much i paid i couldn't find one that wrote so smoothly, had an perfect ink flow and the nib for me is perfect. The only thing that you have to get used to is that it is quite a slim pen but you quickly adapt to it. It was very simple to fill with ink and as soon as I began to write with it I was transported back to my early school days and the pleasure of writing with a fountain pen. It is unbelievable quality and so far is completely leak and drip free. The cap locks into place with a resounding and satisfying clunk. If I hadn't bought this pen myself I would not have been at all surprised if it was many times the cost I paid.
