The tech support team were great to deal with, give them a call. **Q: Can I skim over this product** A: If you mean put plaster over it (I’m not a builder!) yes you can. My son in law did it for me. **Q: I have some cracks in my water feature and wanted to know is this something to add to the mortar or is it a stand alone solution** A: Stand alone, it applies same as mortar, though it can be brushed on, I found it better to apply with trowel.
