Review: Does the job.... - This is about the 5th time i've purchased these....use them on the lights in my greenhouse. Works well.... can handle a lot more weight than my light but I like them because they operate smoothly and the company has a quality product.

Love AC and there products and there customer service actually treats you like a human being . I know some are like , there just lanyards. Why the glowing review? Ever have two lanyards let go in the middle of the night and you wake up to your 600 watt hps light laying on the pots your plants used to be in ? Lol . So , great lanyards ! Also , I find myself more and more of a AC infinity fan . Great products , and even better customer service . Grow on

**Q: Can these be used to suspend your flexible aluminum ducting?**
A: Expensive for that. Use wire ties etc.

**Q: Is the carabiner large enough to clip directly on to the AC Infinity tent poles?**
A: No, they are not large enough to clip directly to the poles.  Simple solution is to loop over the pole and clip back onto the rope.

**Q: how do i release and lower an object from the ceiling, do I need to physically push or switch lever on the ratchet, or just with the rope itself?**
A: Use the lever to release the tension and adjust height. Be careful and don't let it free fall on you.

**Q: Can you use these outside in a covered area?**
A: I would if that's where I needed them. Mine are in a small greenhouse for adjusting the height of lights. Probably the same as an outdoor covered area.

I still can't believe how strong these are. I have them holding up commercial lights that weigh 3 times more than most brands. These are heavy lights and these clips could probably hold twice this weight. Have not had an issue with a single one. I have a bunch of these and everyone has a smooth click and motion. Using these will make hanging things as easy as they can be.
