Wore it to bed and in the morning, looked like I did 20 years ago. Of course, the lines tend to come back during the day, so I need to find a way to stop scrunching up my face when I talk. I sometimes wear the pad around the house during the day to try and train myself not to move my forehead muscles so much when expressing myself. I wear it to bed each night and before going out in the evening, if I have a special event to attend. It flattens the lines and makes my face look more youthful. I tried the little pads around the outside of my eyes and they were ok, but they pulled the skin a lot when trying to remove them and I don't want to stretch out that skin any more than I have to, since it is so delicate. So, I don't wear those as much. But, the forehead pad is great. I just ordered another one. I wore the first one for about four months.
