Needless to say, I won’t be using this bag any longer. I might have just happened to get one that wasn’t made well, and am very disappointed because I really did love it until that happened.Update - the company contacted me to ask if they could make it right be either replacing the backpack or refunding my money. I requested a replacement because I really do hope mine was just defective. I’ll update again after I receive the replacement. Changing from 1 star to 3 in the meantime.My original review gave this bag just 1 star as I was only able to use it a short period of time. I did receive the replacement bag, so am changing my review to 5 stars because of customer service and standing behind the product. It is great because when I take the train or the bus to work I am squeezed in between so many people and with my old backpack/purse the master zipper and all other pockets were out in the open for anyone to steal from. With this purse, the master zipper lays against my back. It also comes with the little cute pom pom key chain. I love the material and I love that there are two ways you can hold it. It has inside pockets and pockets on the side for a water bottle. ALSO, when I opened the purse it came with a really cute green tea package, and a note from the seller. It was so personal and thoughtful! It also comes with a passport holder! I highly recommend.
