The curvature of these wafers fits well against my abdomen, and the adhesive is similar to other Coloplast wafers that I've used that gives me about three days even with very liquid output. One thing I've found (and this is actually noted in the instructions) is that they come out of the package with the curvature flipped backwards, and I get the best fit by turning it right side out before cutting it, so I'm cutting it in the same shape that it'll be when it's stuck on.
