We have it set to 16 inches, which is a good challenge and leavies 20 inches as a future goal. We love how the platform is very sturdy and stable without being heavy and awkward to move. The aparatus for adjusting is very simple and secure. We had been debating between this platform and one of the "stuffed" cubes. This platform is a better option for portability and stability; highly recommend.

**Q: Is there a weight limit on these?**
A: I contacted j/fit - this is the response:"Thank you for the inquiry. The 18" plyo box can handle 800 lbs of static weight. The shorter the box the better the weight load. As you get into the higher boxes the weight limit goes down."

**Q: I  want the box to 16 ", but I have a question.  can the box Reducce size? I don't understand the picture.**
A: No. It is a fixed size. I like this because it is such much more stable than an adjustable height box. But, you have to be sure you are buying the box at the height that will work best for you.

**Q: Is the top made of rubber?**
A: Yes

Got this set for my boys to train with during their offseason. Just another addition to my growing home gym. It has been used a few times already. No issues with the quality. The paint on them is very good. The box this came in was bulky and heavy and took a beating from the shipper. When I Opened the box up all four jump boxes were fine and not damaged, not even a chip on the paint. I was pretty surprised about that. The wood they used for the top of the box appears to be good quality plywood. The construction is solid and square. The one and only thing I saw that could be improved upon was the rubber top. It feels a lil slick like a vinyl but it does have groves in it for grip. Not really even a complaint plus I got a great price on the set. Ill see how long these hold up after my boys start abusing them.
