They also have spare liquid that can refresh the inner cloth portions of the inhaler making them last considerably longer than the standard Vick's inhaler. They come in a convenient multi-pack so you can keep one at home, one at the office, and one in your gym bag. I will never use Vick's inhalers again after using these as the Siang inhalers are a much better value for the money

These were AMAZING!! I bought a few when I was in Asia but used them up and was so glad to see I could purchase some on Amazon. They work great when sick, or even when you just need a fresh smell in your nose. They are suuuuper strong and menthol-y, which I love. Highly recommend!
