This product has worked well for me. Recently I've had to start taking a statin med for my cholesterol levels. After reading many reviews about the side effects, I found that taking a CoQ10 med is great for counteracting those effects. Further direction from my Primary Care doctor to take these meds together, made this a necessary supplement for me to take. Better yet, I found that a product that contains BioPerine is even more effective in getting the most benefit. I find this product easy to take.. not too large and there is no taste at all to contend with. I would recommend it to others.
