One of the reasons I buy pouch salmon is to not have to deal with bones, skin, or excess water, so I hope they stop adding so much water or I will have to find a different product. Three strikes: Not salmon; it's tuna. Read the 1- and 2-star reviews to find out what the problem seems to be. If indeed it is fake salmon. To be fair, some pink salmon may give the impression of being tuna. It depends on how the fish is processed. That being said about the dubious salmon, as tuna it deserves 5 stars. Chunks are firm and look fine (just like salmon). Veggie broth adds a tasty touch. No skin or bones. Pouch beats cans. Heck, may well order again.
