Used it inside with assistance of a fan. Took a couple of tries to get the hang of it but be patient, it's worth the effort. It's pillowy-floaty-hammocky soft yet firm while filling out all the places that need support.It's a bit wiggly to get in and out of, I rolled. I used a flax seed eye pillow and it was refreshing without falling asleep.If you put on sound cancelling ear buds with that it might simulate a floatation tank.I used it for sensory stimulation for someone on the autism spectrum. Great results!
