This book is a very encouraging, short and informative, read! My type of read!!! I was actually inspired, to create an ‘Affirmation List,’ while reading it! What I like most about this book. Is that the Author didn’t get long winded. He closed on a Spiritual note! While keeping his main focus, precise and simple! I will certainly, recommend this book for a quick, educational, read!

I'll reiterate what others have said; this book provides a basic outline of how the subconscious works and how it learns, all whilst lightly peddling the author's website (albeit in a non-intrusive way and in bold print so you can skip it easily). Sure, the knowledge here is nothing novel and can be found in numerous free sources, but this highlights the fact that to influence the subconscious/limbic system is no complicated task. It's simply a matter of consistency and time in the face of immense blowback from said limbic system, which would rather you didn't change, frankly.
