My first pair of wireless headphones to use with an iPad that has a broken jack. First impression - no clue what to do with them because they came with NO instructions! Charge them up and you can recharge them in the case by pressing the button until you see a blue light. They'll give a verbal notice when the power is low. Unfortunately one of the buds stopped working. No idea if I can troubleshoot the problem or not but I'm sorry that I didn't just start with a higher quality, name brand pair instead of wasting $20.

When I received these earbuds, the case was super scratched like it had already been used before. They are not "fast" or "easy" to pair. In fact you have to pair one piece at a time and it always ended up disconnecting the other piece, so you can never pair both earpieces at the same time to your phone.When I finally got one piece to pair to my phone, the sound was terrible, canned, and distorted. Definitely wasted my time with these earbuds. Don't waste your time!

The volume setting is disabled on my Galaxy S8 when I pair it with my phone. The buds are too loud and when I try to turn them down on my phone, the sound turns off completely. I'm sending them back.

I am not sure if i just got a defective pair, but they wrked for about 2 hrs then the left earpiece started cutting out then I could not turn them off then the left one went out all together.

These are too big and hurt my ears if I wear them for a long time. The battery does not last long and they are also very cheap, the top of my case already broke off and all I was doing is opening it. Very disappointed that the return window is closed and now I have to buy new ones (of a different brand of course).

Left channel would not work properly.

I think for the price I paid which was like 20 bucks it was a great value. Sounds decent. They stay in my ears. The charge lasts me two or three days when I run.
