I have been using this product for more than a week and I have already noticed an increase in my energy level along with clearer skin. The culture came back with harmful bacteria, not just helpful bacteria. My doctor believes it's beneficial of Probiotics. I'm afraid to take the rest of these since I became ill after having taken my first one, that was outside of the return date, but wasn't remotely close to being expired. I'd just ordered before I realized I had another bottle in my unused stock and used the other one first as it would have expired prior to this one, even though it wasn't even close to expiration either. But when the previous bottle and brand was empty and I opened this bottle and took it the first time, I was up sick all night with nausea and vomiting. I went to the doctor the following day. They had me do a clean catch when they did a urine sample. It came back with harmful bacteria as well as helpful bacteria. I'm not prone to UTIs nor did I have any symptoms of one such a burning or pain.
