However, the first light rain this tarp had, it had come through the top across the seems, and directly through the tarp wall. I thought it was condensation, but I was wrong. I just had a thunderstorm come through and the tarp leaks terribly. My hammock is soaked, my gear, everything. It turned out to be completely useless. But it was way up in the air since it was a little to short. Also, it was so small that my back would get wet from rubbing on the tarp every time I got in and out. But what was most troublesome was trying to fold it since it is such an odd shape.
