Review: COOL. - You get the Led tag and program, I thought I was getting a two'fer for the price of one, but only got a blue one. Easy program, change any style of lettering or draw your own, can't change colors☹ but I already knew that. Very bright with 3 settings of brightness. Battery lasted a long time while in use and you can recharge it. I use it as a logo or advertisement for the company I work rather than a name tag.

It was a big hit at a recent event, and we had a lot of fun with it. I have no idea why some people are having trouble with the software, was incredibly simple. I had mine scrolling messages just minutes after opening the package, and had no trouble making up and changing messages. Came pretty charged up, but I completely charged 'em anyway. Well worth the money. Highly recommended !

A: Hello. It comes with a program that you install in your computer. You then attach the name tag to your computer via USB cable, and program the information into the badge to read what you program. Very simple. Great device. We use them at yard sales and other places.
