I bought this bike on the back of many many positive reviews of Ultrasport bikes and because of it’s clever German design. However, customer service is the worst I’ve encountered. The bike comes with one adjustable knob and not two as in the photo on Amazon. I can’t use the bike comfortably as I now cannot adjust the height of the saddle. So, I went to order a second adjustable knob on the Ultrasport website which is in English. However, the parts shop is in German! So I emailed customer service on three occasions and still no response whatsoever. The machine is now unusable for me or my partner. I am 5ft6” and my partner 5ft9” and I would suggest if you are the same height - steer clear of this bike until you can obtain a simple thing - the second adjustable knob. Come on Uktrasport - you can do better than this!!!!! ### ⭐ Failed within 6 months *by C***X on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 February 2020* I really liked this machine and was using it daily but in not even six months after purchase the rod holding one of the pedals has sheared off! Luckily it didn't injure me but the machine is useless now and I have no idea if it can be fixed or how to contact these people!
