Bought these for my mother in-law, went by other reviews and crossed my fingers. Very pleasantly surprised when the ice cream scoops arrived. Well made, easy to use and as others said easy to clean. They’ve been used on soft scoop ice cream and cake batter so far with no problems. Haven’t used them on rock hard homemade ice cream yet but don’t think they’d have a problem. Would recommend.
