**Q: Why isn’t Magnesium listed? Help?**
A: There truly is not enough space to document all the heath benefits of almonds.  However to answer the question a handful (1 oz) of almonds provides 20% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium.  More information can be found at the link below.

**Q: ' looks like this is not organic, is this correct?**
A: We are not certified organic. That is correct. However, we sustainably grow, grind, and package the almonds in our California facility. No pesticide ever comes in direct contact with our almond kernels. We use fungicides and miticides only when needed for the health of the leaves and branches of our trees.

**Q: what about freshness....what is the quality of freshness after being milled/ground.....not like whole almonds, these are open and broken down**
A: Hello Mr. Rick,
Almonds in their whole or "natural" form with their brown skins intact have the longest shelf life. Almonds are considered a shelf stable food item. The industry standard shelf life is more than 2 years from the production date when stored under proper conditions. Time and temperature are the primary factors leading to rancidity. Mandelin products are always produced with current crop year almonds.

**Q: How should this be stored ?**
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odors. Freezing is not recommended.
