After I received lab tests that confirmed I had high cholesterol, I decided to give these supplements a try. I was hoping it would help lower my cholesterol, especially because I didn't want to use a statin. I’m honestly really happy with how well it worked. After taking it consistently for three months, my cholesterol numbers dropped more than I expected, which was a great surprise. Cholesterol always runs a bit high, "good" cholesterol also high and triglycerides low (~75), 4-months ago chl. was 211, Dr wasn't "worried" bc of good/bad ratio but wanted to keep a close eye on it to be sure it didn't keep moving up. I started taking two of these 2x day, and about 4x a week started putting oat-fiber powder in my protein shake for lunch. Four months later, just got bloodwork back, total chl. dropped 34 POINTS!!! Triglycerides were 67, so also dropped slightly (I'm pescatarian so my trygl. are always low). My Dr was absolutely astonished. I obviously can't say if it is this or the oat fiber or a combo of both, but I am continuing for the long haul. I have made no other diet or exercise changes. I will update when we do my next test in Feb '26.
