Wir haben bisher ein anderes Streusüßmittel (mit Stevia) benutzt, aber beim Backen war es nicht optimal was Geschmack und Konsistenz des Teiges betrifft. Auch auf dem Milchschaum "knisterte" es Daher wollte ich mal das Natreen-Produkt testen. Gut geeignet für Kaffee, Latte, Cappucino auf der Sahne/Milchschaum. Knistert nicht so und "löst" nicht so den Milchschaum auf wie mein voriges Produkt. Auch gut im süßen Quark und - gut zum Backen. Wir verwenden Stevia und Kristallzucker allerdings immer nur im Verhältniss 50:50 und konnten unsere Weihnachtskekse deutlich entschärfen ;-), das Mischungsverhältnis hat sich auch beim NATREEN-Produkt für uns bewährt.
