**Q: Will this ladder work for pool walls that are 52 inches**
A: Yes.  My pool is 52" high and it works perfectly.

**Q: My deck is 55 to 56 inches above the bottom of the pool, is this one too big?  Would it be easy to trim the metal down to fit?**
A: My pool is 4 feet (48 inches) and de I goes another 6 inches above that and fits fine.  Hope that helps

**Q: Is the ladder supposed to touch the bottom of the pool? I installed mine and it kinda floats but when I put my weight on it, it touches the pool floor**
A: The material the ladder is made of and/or trapped air will cause the ladder to rise off the bottom.  As long as it touches with the weight of a person, it should be fine. Perhaps you can limit this by loosening the clamps on your deck, standing on the ladder, and tightening the clamps. Mine hovers just above the bottom, like yours, until someone steps on it. If for an above ground pool, I recommend a pad or towel to protect the liner. Hope this helps.

**Q: What is the screw hole diameter for installing it on cement ? It’s not listed anywhere in your listing.**
A: I drilled my own ! Don’t think it had any holes.

This ladder is made with heavy, thick plastic. You do need a mallet to slide the steps down and this takes some time but you don’t have to worry about loose steps! The steps are wider than your standard above ground pool ladder which makes a much more comfortable climb in and out of the pool. It was very easy to install once put together.
