My computer all but told me to get it out as it was NOT compatible. It looked and fit like the one I was replacing except for the word Dell. I took it out and put it back in and still no good for my Dell Inspiron 5720. I thought that I may have not installed it correctly but I got the same computer message that this battery may cause damage. I guess I need to stick with the Dell product.
