Good supplement, does provide somewhat of an appetite suppressant. But wish was a bit stronger. Yet it isa decent aid in overall weight lost control.

I've dropped 10 pounds in about 5 weeks by taking these which curb my appitite and have helped me cut snacks and 2nd helpings. I really haven't "dieted" I've taken these and eaten what seems like plenty. I've been careful to make sure I take them, which is huge. SO many times I have gotten pills and then let them sit on the shelf somewhere, but promised myself I would take these as directed and the results are that I've achieved the kind of appitite control that I was looking for. It's like the feeling you get at a restaurant when asked if you'd like desert... and you know you're full and anything extra would just be too much.... I get full faster and can walk away without feeling deprived. Thank you!

A waste of money - no effect noticed after taking this for two weeks. If anything I put weight on. Luckily there were also no negative side effects. May as well take capsules of air.
