I’ve used it for about two months now and honestly, at first, I was impressed with how fast it charged up and LCD monitor allows you to Lee track. Though sometimes it could be plugged into the wall thinking it’s being charged but if the digit isn’t flashing then it’s not charging. I think this has to do with the order of connection between wall outlet and the case. Example would be like plugging the case first before plugging into wall, not sure why but maybe it’s looking for clean 60 hertz frequency.Charging power, at first I was like this isn’t going to last more than three charges seeing 20% capacity drop for a near full charge of my phone, but after about three charges and still left with 30%+ juice left I was very impressed.. I have yet to test it in rugged harsh environment, so I’m assuming the consumption is much less.Over all thought:Good value for the price and feels heavy and luxurious with the leather-like feel. Be careful dropping it from waist height as I think it will break into pieces giving that it has a glassy digital screen. I would like to thank the seller for reaching out to me right away. They refunded the money and i am very IMPRESSED with their customer service. I cannot say anything about the product since obviously I received a defective one. What I can say is that, if the customer service is this good, the product must be.
