Needs to be “hotter”
I use to use this product and hadn’t for a while. I recall it being a lot “hotter” than what it is now. If it heated up more it would be great, I bought it for muscle soreness.

This is false advertisement
Nothing about this is hot it’s not even warm. Save your money and just put skin lotion on your body it gives the same affect as this stuff.

Inconclusive
The first time I used this on my arthritic ankle, I could swear it gave me a warm, tingly feeling. Honestly, I haven't noticed that in subsequent uses so maybe that was some sort of chemical reaction to something else that was on my skin. I wish I could recreate it, because it felt good! My husband put it on his diabetic feet and after the first use, he was convinced it was a miracle cream but also has not had that same relief with recurring use. Could a person built a tolerance after only one use? Was the initial experience merely a placebo effect- it worked because we were so hoping that it would? I really can't explain it. I'll keep using it, but really all it is now is a very minty smelling moisturizer.

Hot Stuff
I got this mainly for my 16 year old. He works out regularly and is on both the wrestling and track teams. Even when he hasn't managed to hurt himself, he's always sore somewhere. He's tried this a few times and says it works "OK." Yes, he's very eloquent. It seems to help a bit with minor soreness or pain, but doesn't really touch more serious pain from things like pulled or strained muscles. He doesn't feel the strong scent is worth the negligible pain relief.

Not Great, Not Horrible
The active ingredient is supposed to be comparable to the name brand my doctor's office uses and that I've bought online and in several pharmacies. This product just doesn't seem to reach as deep into the muscle or last quite nearly as long as the name brand. In a pinch it will do and it does help but not as much as I'd hoped,

Gentle Peppermint Cream
When you first put this on there is a strong peppermint smell - like a peppermint life saver, but it fades quickly. I didn't feel much heat from this at all. That may be a positive depending on how much heat you want. This is more warm than hot. I was hoping for more heat. If you need this for someone who can't handle much heat and needs a cream, this would work.

sorta works
This works no better or no worse than the old standby that has been out for years. I felt no difference in using this than I had the other. Even the smell is the same.
