I returned them. **Q: Strange question, but do these keep your feet hot or does it feel like there some air flow to it?** A: I have found that after daily use for months, the insert that comes with the shoes, falls apart, thus leaving you with a plastic shoe. I haven't found an insert that comfortably fits in the shoe, so I have been without. And yes, the heat is trapped in the shoe, causing very sweaty feet. No air flow. However, given the comfort of the shoe, using foot powder is a worthwhile trade off. Hope that helps! **Q: Are these slipp resistant and water proof?** A: Yes they are. But be aware. They run small so get a size or two up.. **Q: Does it have significant arch support?** A: Yes! These are very supportive.
