I had a lot of problems as my first order was delayed (should have been next day and it changed after ordering it to 3 days). The order then went missing with the courier with no explanation. I had to contact customer support 2/3 times to get a replacement issued.When it turned up it is exactly what I wanted. Its easy to clean, water proof and great for my SEN child to explore sand, slime and water while limiting the mess inside. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good *by R***L on 8 April 2020* Very sturdy and a great size. Would like a lib for it but it's a great product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy but not shipped well *by M***Y on 3 March 2023* First impressions is this is exactly what I wanted, sturdy, the right size and arrived in one piece, although I don't know how. That brings me onto my complaint.Apparently they were sent in a giant box which only had 3 sides and so the DPD driver used his initiative, removed them from the box and taped them up. This has resulted in scratches to the bottom of one of the trays (I bought 2, one for sand, one for water) when attempting to remove the tape residue and ink from the tape has remained on both of the trays which is incredibly difficult to remove, I'm going to have to buy some kind of adhesive removal substance before these can be used.
