I contacted the seller who were quick to apologise . I informed them that I did not really want the hassle of returning the item. I sent them photos of the dents and again they apologised and gave me Β£30.00 refund. Have to say this is the best customer service I have received in years and much appreciated.The barbecue itself is a great size and you also get good quality utensils. It is easy to clean by brushing the ash down it to a pot that’s attached to the bottom.
